Ask yourself this question, "How bad do I 
really want it?  How bad do I want to get fit?  How bad do I want to 
lose weight?  How bad do I want to get strong?"  If you REALLY want it 
bad enough...you WILL make it happen!  Don't become discouraged
 because you don't see progress, when you don't put in the work.  You 
have to be willing to make hard decisions.  You have to be willing to 
sacrifice.  You have to be willing to work harder than you've ever 
worked, if you want a big change.  You CAN do it, but you have to want
